Connection and Wellbeing Through Music
Music-based wellbeing programmes for people with mental health challenges, SEND, and those who’ve fallen through the gaps of traditional services — across Merseyside.
How We Use Music to Improve Mental Health
We use music to reach people who’ve been failed by traditional mental health services — building confidence, reducing isolation, and improving wellbeing in a space that feels safe, creative, and non-clinical.
SEND & Inclusion
We work with children, young people and adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), creating inclusive, supportive environments where everyone can express themselves through music.
Mental Health & Wellbeing
Improving mental health and wellbeing through music. Music improves mental health by boosting mood, reducing stress, supporting sleep, and helping people process emotions and feel more connected.
DJ Workshops
Hands-on DJ lessons using professional equipment. Participants learn to mix, blend, and perform — building confidence and technical skills.
Music Production
Creative sessions using DAW software where participants produce original beats and tracks, developing digital literacy and self-expression.
Field Recording(capturing sounds in your local community)
Participants explore their local community capturing sounds, which are woven into a collective original track — connecting them to their environment.
Sound Healing
Therapeutic sessions using singing bowls, tuning forks, and guided listening — promoting relaxation, mindfulness, and emotional regulation.

The sessions made me feel like I had a purpose and it has inspired me to join college studying music. Before the sessions I felt nervous and didn’t know what to expect, after the first week I couldn’t wait for the next session. I recommend this to anyone even if — like me — you have had no prior knowledge of making music.
