Connection and Wellbeing Through Music
Improving mental health and wellbeing for people of all ages through music, creativity, and therapeutic sound experiences.
What We Do
We use music as a tool for connection, confidence, and wellbeing — reaching people who may not engage with traditional services.
DJ Workshops
Hands-on DJ lessons using professional equipment. Participants learn to mix, blend, and perform — building confidence and technical skills.
Music Production
Creative sessions using DAW software where participants produce original beats and tracks, developing digital literacy and self-expression.
Field Recording
Participants explore their local community capturing sounds, which are woven into a collective original track — connecting them to their environment.
Sound Healing
Therapeutic sessions using singing bowls, tuning forks, and guided listening — promoting relaxation, mindfulness, and emotional regulation.
SEND & Inclusion
We work with children, young people and adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), creating inclusive, supportive environments where everyone can express themselves through music.
Mental Health & Wellbeing
Improving mental health and wellbeing through music. Music improves mental health by boosting mood, reducing stress, supporting sleep, and helping people process emotions and feel more connected.

NHS 5 Steps to Mental Wellbeing
Our programmes are built around the NHS 5 Steps to Mental Wellbeing framework — evidence-based actions that improve mental health.
Connect
Group music-making builds bonds, trust, confidence, and a sense of belonging with peers and the wider community.
Keep Learning
DJ skills, music production techniques, sound design, and digital literacy — new skills every session.
Be Active
Field recording walks through the community, movement and energy through music, hands-on creative activity.
Take Notice
Sound healing, mindful listening, tuning into the present moment through the power of vibration and resonance.
Give
Creating music for the community, mentoring peers, performing at the final showcase — giving back through creativity.
Who We Work With
We welcome referrals from schools, NHS services, community organisations, and families.
Individuals & Families
People of all ages, including those facing anxiety, trauma, social disadvantage, or barriers to traditional mental health services. No musical experience needed.
Schools & Colleges
We deliver programmes in schools and community venues, complementing PSHE and wellbeing curricula with creative, engaging music sessions.
NHS & Health Services
Our work supports early intervention for mental health, providing a non-clinical pathway to wellbeing through music for people of all ages.
Community Organisations
We partner with charities, youth clubs, and local groups to bring music wellbeing programmes to communities across the North West.
(SEND)
We work with children, young people, and adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), creating inclusive music sessions tailored to individual needs.
