What happens next
- We read your referral. We reply by email to confirm we’ve received it and to agree the next steps with you.
- We get in touch. We contact the person, or you if you’d prefer, to talk it through and answer any questions.
- They come along. They join a session at their own pace. Our current wellbeing course is free, and no experience is needed.
Before you refer
- Check the person is happy to be referred. For under-18s, a parent or guardian must agree.
- Please use this form rather than emailing personal details.
- Prefer to talk it through first? Call John Paul on 07808 238730.
- If you have a safeguarding concern about someone at immediate risk, follow your own organisation’s procedures. This form isn’t monitored out of hours.
